Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Please submit any cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Returns & Replacements

You may request a return or replacement if you experience any of the following:

  • Incorrect item received
  • Damaged product received

Please notify us of issues within 48 hours of delivery. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receipt.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used, opened, or tampered products except if they are received damaged or defective.

Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

In case of eligible returns, the cost of return shipping will be borne by Archive 168.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us assess such claims, we strongly recommend recording a clear unboxing video at the time you open your parcel. This video will serve as proof of the package’s condition on delivery and will help us resolve your request quickly.

Please note: In the absence of such proof, Archive 168 may be unable to approve damage or missing item claims.

To ensure a smooth process:

  • Notify us within 2 days of delivery.
  • Include clear photos and relevant details in your email.
  • Approved replacements/returns are typically delivered within 5–8 business days.

Refunds

  • All returned products are subject to inspection and approval by Archive 168 before a refund is processed.
  • Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another agreed-upon method.
